Shipping
Shipping is free. As each plate is made to order, we dispatch your order to the carrier within 5 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the carrier; we provide tracking where available.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, you pay nothing in this case.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected]. After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return the item.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Because installation involves cutting and fitting, a product that has been cut, installed, or damaged during an installation attempt is no longer in its original condition and cannot be returned. Improper or attempted installation is not a valid reason for return.
Return shipping & refunds
To start a return, email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the return address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the full product price within 14 days using your original payment method. As outbound shipping was free, no delivery charge is deducted.
