Shipping

Shipping is free. As a made-to-order product, your order is produced and handed to the carrier within 2 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the carrier.

14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by contacting us at [email protected]. You then have 14 days to return the item.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Because installation involves cutting and fitting, items that have been cut, installed, or damaged during an installation attempt are no longer in original condition and cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the full product price within 14 days, using your original payment method. As outbound shipping was free, no delivery charge is deducted.
