Made-to-order products

Each Hidden Flush Plate is produced to order and dispatched to the carrier within 2 working days. Delivery time thereafter depends on your country and carrier.

Pricing

Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is free; any duties for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your statutory guarantee (legal conformity)

As an EU consumer, you are entitled by law to a minimum two-year guarantee that the product conforms to the contract (is free from defects). This statutory right applies regardless of, and in addition to, any commercial warranty below.

Commercial warranty

On top of your statutory rights, we provide a 1-year commercial warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid only where the product has been installed correctly per our installation manual. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, cutting, misuse, accident, or normal wear. Damage that occurs during a failed installation attempt is not covered.

Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended. We are not liable for damage to tiles, walls, the flush mechanism, or the product resulting from incorrect installation.
