These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order placed with 3DeeHive. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our product

We design and produce a 3D-printed, tile-integrated hidden flush plate for concealed cisterns (Geberit Sigma and TECE). Each plate is made to order.

Orders & dispatch

Once your order is confirmed, we produce and dispatch it to the carrier within 5 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the carrier. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Ownership passes to you once payment is received in full.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. The conditions and process are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Statutory guarantee

As an EU consumer, you are entitled by law to a minimum two-year guarantee that the product conforms to the contract. This statutory right always applies, in addition to any commercial warranty below.

Commercial warranty

In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid where the product has been installed correctly in line with our installation manual. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect or attempted installation, cutting, misuse, accident, or normal wear.

Installation & liability

The product requires accurate cutting and installation. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified professional and accept no liability for damage to tiles, walls, the flush mechanism, or the product resulting from incorrect installation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
