Design & operation
What exactly is the Hidden Flush Button?
It is a 3D-printed flush-button system that is finished with your own tile. The tiled actuator sits level with the surrounding wall while remaining removable for access to the concealed cistern.
How does it stay in place?
Four adjustable magnetic mounting corners hold the tiled plate securely and keep it aligned with the wall. The supplied removal hook allows the plate to be lifted away for cleaning and servicing.
Does it still provide two flush functions?
Yes. Adjustable push rods operate the concealed cistern's full and reduced flush functions through the two tiled flush zones.
Can I still access the cistern after installation?
Yes. The finished plate is magnetically mounted and removable, so the actuator and concealed cistern remain accessible for servicing.

Compatibility & installation
Which concealed cisterns are compatible?
The product is designed for front-actuated Geberit Sigma and TECE concealed cistern systems. It is not intended for Geberit Omega, Delta, Kappa or Grohe systems. Identify your cistern before ordering and contact us with photographs if you are unsure.
Can it be installed in both new bathrooms and renovations?
Yes. The tile can be prepared before it is mounted, or the opening can be cut after the surrounding tile is installed. The wall construction, clearances and cistern must still meet the installation requirements.
Which tiles can I use?
Use ceramic or porcelain tile up to 12 mm thick that is suitable for precision cutting and free from cracks or damage around the installation area. Contact us before ordering if you plan to use another material.
Can I install it myself?
Competent DIY installation is possible, but accurate measuring, tile cutting and alignment are essential. Installation by a qualified tiler or bathroom installer is strongly recommended. Read the complete manual before making any cut.
What installation information and tools are included?
Every set includes two cutting templates, a printed installation start guide and QR access to the complete manual. The optional cutting-tools variant also includes diamond cutting discs with an attachment, diamond grinding bits and sanding sheets. A compatible multitool is not included.

Ordering & delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Each Hidden Flush Button is made to order and is normally dispatched within 4 working days after payment.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–3 working days in the Netherlands, 3–4 working days in Germany and France, and approximately 4–5 working days to Belgium, Luxembourg and other EU destinations. These are estimates rather than guarantees.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free for orders of €120 or more to the Netherlands, Germany and France. Below €120, and for other available destinations, the applicable rate is shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us within 12 hours after ordering for the best chance of changing or stopping the order before production or dispatch. This does not reduce any statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

Care, returns & support
How do I clean and maintain it?
Clean the tiled surface with a soft cloth and a cleaner suitable for your tile. Use the supplied removal hook when the plate needs to be removed for cleaning or maintenance, and avoid excessive force or impact.
Can I return an order?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. The product may be inspected, but it should not be cut, installed, altered or damaged. See the Shipping & Returns page for the complete procedure, costs and statutory exceptions.
What should I do if something is damaged or defective?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where useful. Depending on the issue, an individual component may be replaced when that resolves the defect without significant inconvenience.
