Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 4 working days after payment. We mainly use PostNL and DHL. Tracking is provided where available.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Netherlands: 2–3 working days
- Germany: 3–4 working days
- France: 3–4 working days
- Belgium and Luxembourg: approximately 4–5 working days
These times are estimates, not guarantees. The rate and available delivery method for the destination are shown at checkout.
Shipping charges
For delivery to the Netherlands, Germany or France, standard shipping is free when the order subtotal is €120 or more. Below €120, the applicable rate is shown at checkout. Rates for Belgium and Luxembourg are shown at checkout. The checkout is the controlling statement of delivery availability and price.
Delivery problems
If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, or the order arrives damaged, contact contact@3deehive.com with your order number so we can investigate.
