Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These terms apply to purchases from 3DeeHive. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

Seller

3DeeHive is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. Address: De Biezenhof 6, 1069 TW Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 42161212. VAT number: NL003893464B50. Email: contact@3deehive.com. Telephone: +31 6 17388950.

Products and compatibility

3DeeHive designs and assembles tile-integrated flush plates. The 3D-printed parts are produced and the product is assembled in the Netherlands; certain components and accessories are sourced from third parties.

The flush plate is intended only for the front-actuated concealed-cistern systems stated on the product page: Geberit Sigma and TECE. It is not intended for Geberit Omega, Delta or Kappa systems. The customer must identify the installed cistern before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering or cutting any tile.

Geberit and TECE are trademarks of their respective owners. 3DeeHive is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies.

Ordering and payment

Product information and prices shown in the shop form an invitation to place an order. A contract is formed when payment has been accepted and we send an order confirmation. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown before payment.

If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours for the best chance of stopping dispatch. This 12-hour request period does not replace or reduce a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.

Production, dispatch and delivery

We normally dispatch within 4 working days after payment. Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the order is delivered to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which they, or a person designated by them, receive the goods. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to our postal address or email address. You may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. See Shipping & Returns for the return procedure and refund details.

Conformity and statutory guarantee

We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract. Statutory consumer guarantees apply. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We may replace an individual defective component instead of the complete product when that resolves the defect without significant inconvenience. No separate commercial warranty is offered.

Installation and customer responsibilities

Professional installation by a qualified tiler or bathroom installer is strongly recommended, although competent DIY installation is allowed. Before installation, check compatibility, tile suitability, measurements, alignment, wall construction, clearances and the instructions. Follow the current manual and stop if anything is unclear.

To the extent permitted by law, 3DeeHive is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect measuring or alignment, incorrect cutting, unsuitable tile or stone, an incompatible cistern or model, failure to follow the manual, modification of the product, excessive force or impact, incorrect maintenance or cleaning, or other improper installation or use. This includes resulting damage to tiles, wall finishes, the cistern, actuator or product.

This limitation does not apply where damage is caused by a defective product, inadequate legally required safety information, a failure by 3DeeHive to fulfil the contract, death or personal injury caused by negligence, intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot legally be excluded. A customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

Complaints

Send complaints to contact@3deehive.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response or progress update within 14 calendar days.

Business customers

Business customers may contact us for project advice, lead times and possible volume pricing. A separate quotation may contain additional business terms. Mandatory consumer protections apply only where the purchaser qualifies as a consumer.

Governing law

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country of habitual residence. Where mandatory law permits a choice of court, disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
